This residence was built on a spectacular piece of land with a 300-degree view of water. JNA was hired to design it as a speculative house for an unknown buyer.
Flood plain and Conservation restrictions impacted the buildable footprint of this 5,800 square foot house. All perimeters of the house are within inches of these restrictions, which made siting a challenge. The floor plan has an elegant and functional layout taking advantage of the unique views from every room.
Two stately Beech trees stand in the side yard, lending the house its name.
